- Heat the cherry stone bag in the inside belt pocket of the microwave for 1 minute at 450W, put it back on and attach the belt to your baby's tummy with the velcro fasteners. (Check the temperature with your hand before putting the belt on the baby.)

- The case is machine washable, but without the cherry stones.
