Ingredients:

• Contains selected herbs, in a special ratio, which have proven their positive effect on lactation. More precisely: Fenugreek, milk thistle, fennel, dill, anise, fiddlehead, coriander, cumin, nettle.

How to prepare:

• Pour one bag of Lactesa Plus Tea with boiling water and let it brew for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy a warm cup that not only stimulates lactation, but also creates a moment of peace for you. You can prepare the entire daily amount at once, in more or less water. Serve cold with ice or warm with honey.

Initial stimulation dose:

• The first 7 days, drink 6 tea bags daily, poured with boiling water and steeped for 8-10 minutes.

Maintenance dose:

• 3 tea bags daily, poured with boiling water and steeped for 8-10 minutes.
• Recommended period for maintenance dose – 1 month, for which you will need 5 boxes. There are no contraindications for prolonged intake.
• Suitable for daily, long-term consumption.

Important:

• Not recommended for women who have thyroid problems, diabetes, insulin resistance due to the fenugreek content. For them, we have another herbal combination, namely Lactesa Classic.
