HOW TO STERILIZE:

• Wash all parts of the bottle in warm water with a small amount of detergent, rinse with clean water and dry.
• Assemble the nipple, ring and cap.
• Pour water up to the special 50 ml mark.
• Place the ring on the bottle, DO NOT screw it all the way on so that steam can escape.
• Place in the microwave for 3 minutes or follow the instructions on the packaging for more bottles.
• Leave the bottle to cool for a few minutes, pour out the water and tightly close the nipple with the ring to the bottle.
