Method of use:
- Remove from the storage pad and apply the gel to the nipple. Before nursing, remove the gel pad and gently clean the nipple if there is any residue. Do not apply nipple cream. Store in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect. It can be reused for up to 72 hours in the storage pad provided.
