• Use warm - the compress can be placed on the abdomen for soothing relief from postpartum uterine cramps, common in the first days after birth and during breastfeeding.

How to use Cold:

• Freeze the compress for at least 4 hours before use. 
• Put the compress in a disposable pocket and apply for 20 minutes. 
• Wait at least one hour between procedures or as directed by your healthcare professional.

How to use Warm:

• Place the compress lying in the microwave for the time indicated below.
• 16 seconds at 1250 watts / 19 seconds at 1000 watts / 25 seconds at 700 watts.
• Gently massage the compress to distribute the heat evenly.
• Color-changing pearls indicate which area is warmer and which is colder.
• Always check the temperature of the compress before use.
• Put the compress in a disposable pocket and apply for 20 minutes.
• Wait at least one hour between procedures or as directed by your healthcare professional.
• Cleaning: After each use, wash the compress thoroughly with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly until all soap and residue have been removed. Allow to dry completely before use. Disposable pockets are designed for single use!!!
